Jaypee the Orchards is part of Jaypee Greens Wishtown, an integrated township stretching from sectors 128, 131, 133, 134, and 129 in Noida. The orchard has a total eight towers, including B1, B2, B3, B4, B5 (G+38) and A1, A2 and A3 (G+33).

Jaypee Wish Town, where Jaypee The Orchard project is situated, encompasses multiple facilities, such as a school, college, kids' play area, meditation hut, cricket pitch, jogging track, badminton courts, and tennis court. It has all the basic and premier facilities you can think about.

Note: Jaypee The Orchard was launched in 2010 as a part of the Jaypee Greens Wishtown township. But gradually, because of the cash crunch, Jaypee Infratech, the developer, stopped the development of the project. There had been many court cases and proceedings against Jaypee Infratech. Finally, they officially went into insolvency proceedings, and the honorable court verdict that Jaypee Infratech had become a defaulter and could not resume development.

However, as JAL left the projects incomplete, authorities approached multiple developers. Finally, Suraksha Realty Private Limited took over Jaypee Infratech's projects and has started the development of some of them, and they will soon start the development of The Orchard, too.
